As a recent MBA graduate who has worked in the same position for several years, I was unsure how to reintroduce myself into the job market while highlighting my previous experience and new education.  My resume was cluttered, and failed to convey the qualities which made me attractive to hiring managers.  I brought my concerns to Nicole, who first sat with me to get a better understanding of my background and the direction in which I wanted to go.  She asked me questions which made me re-assess my goals and re-examine my career path, and put me in a mindset which made me excited to look for a new job.  She then reviewed my resume and made changes and suggestions based on her extensive experience as a recruiter.  After speaking with Nicole, I am more confident in my resume and cover letter, and feel that I am ready to present the best version of myself to prospective employers.
